Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged funds are important to me and allow me to seek enhanced returns for my portfolio. I am capable of understanding how leveraged funds work and their performance characteristics. I do not wish to have a third party evaluating my capability to do so and potentially limiting or preventing my purchase. I would like to preserve the free market avoiding government imposed limitations on investor choice. Regards, martin blumentritt
