Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I have been investing in leveraged and inverse funds for the past 5 years. Most mutual funds do not beat the s&p 500 but I have several of the leveraged ones in my portfolio that have far exceeded the s&p benchmark. I understand the risks and don't want a 3rd party judging my ability to make decisions about how I should invest my money. I want to keep markets free where I myself and others can purchase securities without big brother trying to second guess my decisions. Regards, Garry Boswell
