Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Please do not take away my ability to invest in leveraged funds. The prospectus clearly states what the fund goals are and I should be able to invest however i feel like investing. You are unable to enforce the rules you currently have so adding to the list of rules will not create for a better/safer investing environment. Regards, james callaway
