Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Markets go up and markets go down. It is important that investors have the ability and opportunity to profit from both directions of market movement. There is no proof whatsoever that there is a need or even a good reason to eliminate an investors ability to hedge or profit from markets natural behavior. A free market is part of a free democracy and this government appears intent and doing away with both. Regards, Robert Gilliland
