Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: 

Hello SEC, 

I've read up and understand the characteristics of these funds and I've used them and have profited from them. 

Let's preserve the free public markets where we have the freedom to invest in what we want. We don't need the government limiting what we can invest in.
