Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: 

I do not believe the government should decrease my access to leveraged investments. I believe I am educated enough to invest in leveraged ETFs in a responsible manner. Most of the major brokers offer more than enough education and warnings regarding investing in leveraged ETFs in my opinion.
