Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

I am against any added regulations by the SEC of leveraged & inverse funds. I use them in my investment portfolio. They have helped me to realize a 103% gain in my investments in 2019. Leveraged funds will give me a chance to retire at age 70. Without them I know that retirement goal will not be reached. I certainly understand the risk in not monitoring them daily and understand not monitoring theem can lead to large losses. My system trades opposite correlated triple leveraged ETFs that trades at an average of every 2 1/2 weeks; ranging from a few days to a few months, but requires daily monitoring. From my system's last signal on 2/21/2020 to today, 3-5-2020, my system has gained 19.7%. The S&P 500 has lost 9.4%. The numbers show my system of using leveraged funds works. My broker already has warnings as to the extreme volatility of the funds I use, to the point of nausea, shown every time in make a trade of leveraged funds. Please...do not make it harder for me to use these leveraged funds. Investing is difficult; why make it more so?
