Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I have been successfully trading 3x leveraged etfs for at least 10 years and fully understand the hazards involved. I think anyone who has actively traded these instruments for at least 5 years (daily), should be allowed to continue trading them without being required to demonstrate they understand what the risks are or show proof of substantial assets as if they were an accredited investor. People should be allowed to make their own decisions on these matters provided they have been give copies of the appropriate prospectuses.
