Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I understand how inverse funds work. I also understand the risks inherent in them. This being the case, I still feel that they can be useful by investing a small portion of my portfolio in these type funds when I feel it is appropriate. Regards, WILLIAM PERRY
