Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am fully aware of the risks of using leveraged and inverse funds. I'm a Finance major and a day trader who keeps constant attention on my portfolio. These sorts of funds make up a significant portion of my investments and to lose the ability to trade in them would be grossly detrimental to my trading strategy. I don't see you looking to shut down casinos just because they are risky. I don't need the government deciding for me which investment risks I can and cannot take. Keep the markets free to make or lose money as we see fit.
