Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Gentlemen: Regarding the proposed new regulations that could impact investors in leveraged and inverse funds. I suggest that we don't need more nanny state regulatory oversight on individual investors and their trading habits. I believe that were you and other financial oversight regulatory agencies mindful in enforcing the regulations already in place the trading arena would be a friendlier and fairer place for the individual investor.
