Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Getting rid of leveraged funds and inverse funds will not solve the problem you have created. It will make them worst. You are taking away one more safety valve from the market. Every time you do this it the ability for it to vent is diminished. Everyone knows it’s not for the good of the people but a way to extend this rally a few more days. You are setting the market up for the greatest crash of all time.
