Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I’m an individual investor who benefits from ultra pro shares. I don’t need the SEC telling me what I can and cannot buy. I will continue to buy them and I know the risk and also the rewards. This is an unnecessary restriction the sec is trying to place on shareholders. Regards, Ferah Shakir
