Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: my original purchase of a leveraged ETF was 15 shares. I thought that it was smart to dip my toe in the water, before jumping in. My next purchase was 10 more shares, After my original purchase had gained 7%. I later bought 15 more shares. I have bought and sold shares in this leveraged product for about three years. I currently have 250 shares. It is still less than 8% of my portfolio. I oppose your limiting of my right to hold this investment. I also hold the underlying ETF (QQQ) in my portfolio. This investment adds an extra few percentage points to my portfolio. Without great risk! Regards, Robert Russell
