Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Continued access to leveraged and inverse funds is important to my ability to seek investment returns and protect my net worth. They are not hard to understand. I am unaware of the nature of any problems the SEC is attempting to solve by limiting their availability. I encourage the SEC to abandon the proposed rule.
