Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Writing to say that I do not approve of the recent regulation proposal by the SEC!! This is not only bad for investors and unnecessary, it's a dangerous precedent to set. Investors should have the freedom to make their own investment decisions. These regulations would stifle the ability we have to seek enhanced returns. We are capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds without a need of a third party getting involved, and potentially preventing us from buying. I support a free, public market where investors have the freedom to buy without government-imposed limitations! Regards, Whitney Martinez
