Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: SEC, I’m 62 years old and I have been using leverage securitys for probably 30+ years. It comes in handy when I want to hedge another position for short term. I read the prospectuses and understand the risk, /reward. I watch my position closely when I have it. It’s a tool that will be greatly missed if I can’t use it. Choose wisely, Randy Anderson
