Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Dear SEC, I buy L&I Funds as a way to protect against downside risk of an over inflated market. At this time I feel the FED has created a bubble in the stock market, and my purchase of ticker SPXS is way I can profit from markets correcting to the downside such as is currently happening March 9, 2020.
