Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged and inverse funds are a large part of my families investment strategy. They are critical to protecting my portfolio and I fully understand their risks and characteristics. I do not want a third party evaluating my abilities and determining my eligibility to to trade leveraged and inverse funds. Please protect our free public marketplace without further government imposition. Regards, Matt Wisner
