Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged and Inverse funds are very important to me.They allow me to seek enhanced returns or help to hedge my portfolio.I understand the possible risks with such funds.I don't want a third party evaluating my ability to do so and preventing me from buying them.I want to preserve the long standing free public markets where investors have freedom to buy such securities without government imposed limitations.
