Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

I would like to argue against your proposed regulations to limit access to Leveraged and Inverse Funds (L&I Funds).

I have not seen evidence that investors are unwittingly being bilked through these funds. My experience has shown me many people who are "qualified" investors but have been very bad at investing. I am not sure what other method you would use to determine appropriateness and doing so limits important trading vehicles for average investors. These funds have given opportunities to people like me who would not have access otherwise.

I do check on my investments regularly and have always felt that there are many messages to me that L&I Funds are only appropriate for certain situations and are not long term investments.
