Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Everyone who buys these leveraged products understand the high risk. Please do not take that away from us retail investors. These are great products that has a place in a well-diversified portfolio. There are far more risky ways to invest such as shorting and naked puts. Why aren't these products being reviewed? I handle my own investments mixed with some mutual funds. Please stay out of my portfolio. Thank you in advance, Rodrick Edwards
