Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am concerned with latest proposal to amend the rules governing investment in leveraged and inverse etfs. This is unnecessary intrusion of the freedom to invest. I have been investing in these securities for more than 6 years and I have never had any problem in investing in them. I fully understand how they function. I know about the risks and benefits investting in then. Please drop the proposal to make any changes in these regulations. Regards, Hardial Aulakh
