Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Dear SEC representative, Please do not adopt Rule #34-87607. I feel that the information provided in their prospectuses by the various firms offering leveraged and inverse funds, combined with a brokerage firm's responsibility to know their customer is enough to allow investors to decide whether or not trading these instruments is right for them. Additionally, the United States of America need not add regulations that stifle our free markets. Freedom of choice is one of the many things that make our country great. Sincerely, Freddie Aragon
