Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am a small business owner, lawyer, and retail investor. Leveraged funds are important to me. I have used them both to enhance returns and protect my portfolio from downturns. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their characteristics. I don't need a third-party evaluating my capability to do so and potentially preventing me from buying them. If more restrictions were implemented, I am certain my brokerage would restrict me from trading them. Moreover, I think the long-standing tradition of free public markets where participants can buy securities & receive disclosure documents without additional government-imposed limitations should be preserved.
