Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged and inverse funds are good for protection of my portfolio and I urge you continue to allow the private consumer to order and self manage these funds. Please preserve the free public market for the investors and their advisors to have the freedom to act in their choice without government limitations. Regards, Joanne Clay
