Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

Dear Sir or Mz,

Regarding SEC proposed rule #S7-24-15:

Please do not make it more difficult for retail investors to buy leveraged or inverse funds. Such funds provide a lucrative and convenient choice for those of us who are either retired or make our living trading stocks and ETF's. We are already aware of the risks (eg: my broker -- Charles Schwab -- requires its clients to sign a notice explaining the risks before we can trade these funds).

The assumption underlying the market ought to be that its participants understand its inherent risks. Well-intended interference by the SEC will succeed only in limiting opportunities for the overwhelming majority of us who currently rely on the ability to trade and invest in a variety of different funds.

Sincerely,
Charles La Motta

Regards,
Charles La Motta
