Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: As an induvial investor, I understand proposed regulations. However, I disagree with these regulations because it will limit my investing selections and have other people to make my investment decision to decide what I can invest or not. This is not right regulations and I am total against these regulations. Thanks.
