Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: RIA's and investment professionals should be allowed to use leveraged funds, as they understand the risks. They are also very useful in portfolio construction, especially because they in many ways allow for LESS risk to be taken for the same % return. Regards, Ian McMillan
