Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I do not agree with the proposal by the SEC to regulate or control my ability to trade L & I Funds. As a user of L & I Funds I check them frequently and am aware of the risks of daily beta products and higher management fees and am willing to accept the risk accordingly. I already have provided personal and financial information to my broker to warrant that I am capable of evaluating the risks of holding these investments. As a holder of these funds I believe I am already qualified to hold these L & I Funds
