Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: It's unthinkable that somebody can determine on my behalf that, I as a chief technical consultant in a reputed engineering firm, doesn't understand what I am doing in my financial investment. I understand than anyone else the risk I am taking - who isn't taking risk? The loss or gain, the win and lose aspect of any financial dealing is something I and I alone am totally responsible for. I am watchful to my investment on the L&I fund market. And I do not need anybody to judge my capability of understanding the risk I am taking. Whoever in his sound mind thinks he is such an "elite" who can do the thinking for me, is quite frankly, totally beyond me to say the least.
