Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I disagree with my investment adviser and SUPPORT the proposed regulations. Investors should be educated and knowledgeable about ALL their investments, especially such risky ones as leveraging and shorting investments. They need to know how quickly these type investments can erode their asset base. Regards, steve woeste
