Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

Please don't restrict investors like me the ability to invest in leveraged and inverse ETF's since they provide great flexibility for investors to both
(1) achieve enhanced return rate in either rising or falling stock markets, and (2) have protection against or reduce the potential of great investment loss when the stated ETF's are utilized in conjunction with one another. In fact, by being able to invest in both stated kinds of ETF's concurrently, I have been able to achieve enhanced return rate REGARDLESS whether the stock markets go up or down by investing in their options as well. Thanks to this flexibility of investments, I've been able to sleep well at night due to having little concern about the up or down direction of the stock markets, as long as it doesn't change massively in either direction in a short period of time.
