Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Please do NOT adopt proposed rule #S7-24-15. Please treat me like an adult - one capable of evaluating and making my own financial decisions. Leveraged and Inverse funds offer flexibility and an opportunity for greater profits. I certainly don't want a third party sticking their nose into my business to evaluate my financial IQ. I don't need the government to help me buy a used car, a house, or financial products! If you are a parent (or can remember your childhood), perhaps you can understand the concept that sometimes you have to let people fail in order to learn. You can't shield them from all risk, forever. At some point we have to move from milk to solid food. Please allow us to continue to grow while we maintain our autonomy, privacy, and dignity.
