Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged and inverse funds are an important investment option that allows me to properly diversify my investment portfolio. Any limitations on my ability to utilize these investments will be harmful to myself and other investors. Please do not pass any new regulations that reduce or inhibit my investment choices.
