Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged ETF's allow me to manage risk in my portfolio. I am fully aware of their performance characteristics, and want to be able to invest MY money in a manner that is in line with MY interests without undue government-imposed regulations or oversight.
