Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I strongly protest the new proposed regulations on leveraged and inverse funds. These regulations would again limit the options of the average investor and put these investment choices only in the hands of the elite. We need access to these funds to protect the average investment portfolio from large market corrections. I understand the risks that are involved with these investments, however there are risks at one degree or another on the entire stock market. In a truly free market there is freedom to make any investment Choice! So I again protest this proposal and what to keep my abilities and freedom! Regards, Troy Fricke
