Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

My name is Roy Huff. I am a tenured, full-time high school science teacher. While I have a pension plan, I also have my own Roth IRA to supplement my retirement. I'm 43 years old, and I am a savvy investor. I am purchasing a basket of regular and leveraged ETF's, which I reallocate quarterly. I am fully aware of the risks, but I am grateful for the ability to enhance my returns with the leveraged ETF's in an account which I control. My investing knowledge is extensive, and I would not want to miss out on the opportunity to enhance my long-term financial retirement prospects simply because I might not meet some arbitrary financial requirement or regulation or because those funds are no longer available due to reduced feasibility of brokerage firms being able to offer them to clients. Please keep in mind that these added regulations may actually end up hurting those people which well-intentioned regulators may be trying to help. Thank you for your consideration.

Regards,
Roy Huff
