Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged funds are a critical component of my self-managed portfolio; I understand their risks and rewards better than the SEC or any other third-party. The Investor Alert for "Leveraged and Inverse ETFs: Specialized Products with Extra Risks for Buy-and-Hold Investors" found at SEC.gov already provides sufficient advice on the topic. Please leave well enough alone, or provide clear justification for the enhanced qualification process being proposed. Regards, Peter Bouvier
