Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

I am contacting you in regards to the new, proposed regulations on leveraged and inverse funds. These are important to keep as they allow for non-professional traders to essentially purchase as "insurance" to protect our portfolios. As with trading options, etc....the users just need to be made aware of "losses" etc. In my opinion, it is NOT up to government entities to impose limitations/restrictions on free market system whereby some investors are willing to accept and take on more risk. It is tantamount to not letting me start a business due to the risk involved (most fail within 3 years.)…..but it is my belief that we (the people) should be able to decide what levels of risk/reward that we take on...….assuming we have the pertinent information as to the upside and downside risk.
