Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged ETFs are a valuable tool for retail investors, and I implore you to continue to allow retail investors to access them. Risks are already disclosed in the prospectus, we do not need the SEC to meddle in risk decisions that should be made by individual investors. Regards, Maxwell Andrews
