Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I have used leveraged funds extensively as I have found that the liquidity and the ability to enter and exit trades is much easier than trading in options which sometimes are difficult in times of volatile markets. I strongly recommend that you cease in these efforts to limit my trading in leveraged products. Regards, Peter Hallman
