Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Have you guys completely lost your fucking mind? Don't you have other things to work on instead messing with investors, who invest money from abroad into the United States? I need leveraged and (leveraged) inverse funds as essential factors in my asset allocation - there are absolutely no alternatives. From experience, everyone, who invests in leveraged products, know the potential risks. Therefore, - in my view - it's completely unnecessary to tighten regulations on leveraged fund products.
