Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged funds are very important for me because it enhances my return and I am fully capable of understanding the risk and reward of leveraged funds. I also want to preserver the long-standing free public markets that I have the freedom of buy public securities without additional government-imposed limitations on my choice. Regards, Kyung Lim
