Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: 

As a previously FINRA licensed professional and now personal trader I oppose the idea to block or remove leveraged and inverse ETFs. 
For those that prefer to not trade options the ETFs are a great choice. Traders are responsible for their own decisions and many of us know that time decay is innate in these securities. Risk is a known in the investment world and the SEC should not remove options from traders in this regard.
