Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Please do not take away leveraged ETFs! Leveraged holds on American markets is how I’ve made all my money in the market! We should be able to take bets on the best economy in the world! Removing leveraged funds is unamerican because it implies that there is any longterm risk to holding American markets.
