Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I have used leveraged and inverse funds for years as investment tools and found they enhance my stock market returns. I can't believe you plan to limit or curtail my use of them. I am capable of making my own investment decisions and take offense that my Government wants tell me what to do. Regards, Paul Longo
