Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Why would the SEC try to hand cuff investors through-out the realm with this proposal!?!? Are we also not responsible enough to buy mutual funds, stocks, bonds, etf's , because we are JUST individual investors?! I, for one, would like to know the REAL reason why the SEC has brought forth this proposal!! It rings unpatriotic to me! Go find the bad guys on Wall St. and leave us alone!!!!
