Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I enjoy trading ProShares and hope it will continue. I play TQQQ and UDOW and UPRO weekly. I sometimes believe it is safer and more profitable to trade these shares compared to regular stocks that can lose 10% overnight. In my 5 years of trading on my own on my TDAmeritrade account, I have made 1/2 Million dollars on these shares and probably even or slightly profitable on normal stocks.
