Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me and my portfolio. They allow me to accept the same equity risk, while reducing the amount of cash I am required to deposit to my broker. I am fully capable of understanding the what fund is and do not need a third party to make decisions for myself. Regards, Jay Yoo
